As I love to work with my hands, I am not only challenged to create in two dimensions like in photography. The added spatial dimension and the haptic experience in constructing an object makes the creative process more complex and active. Having always been strongly influenced by the sea, found materials such as driftwood, stones or bones became my main material. The composition of these materials reflects the same intention of converting a “bland” and overseen reality to a pure object of interest.
